We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, with a specific focus on electronics manufacturing. This role is crucial to ensure that our products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

A successful candidate must be able to:

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities. Prepare inspection reports and provide feedback to the manufacturing team.

- Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards. Work with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues.

- Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

- Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably with similar electronic components.

Physical Requirements:

- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, and other physical activities.
