# Responsible for final inspections in electrical and other departments as applicable, on assigned shelters prior to shipment to customers. Responsible for assuring departments complete rework and issues illustrated on write-ups from inspections.

Essential Duties:

- Troubleshoot for present and/or potential problems

- Perform all electrical inspections

- Perform some mechanical inspections

- Assist with all department inspections, as assigned

- Must be familiar with and have the ability to perform all aspects of VFPs electrical duties/tasks

- Work with Engineering and Production to resolve problems

- Interface with customers having issues/concerns

- Create and maintain precise and detailed documentation

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Two (2) or more years experience with the NEC (National Electric Code) or equivalent

- Two (2) or more years experience with fire suppression systems and HVAC (heating, ventilations, and air conditioning) or equivalent

- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints

- Ability to read blueprints
