Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated QA Chemist to join our quality and production team. This full-time, on-site role combines quality assurance testing, chemical inventory management, and technical support to the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow, and ready to play a critical role in maintaining high product standards.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform QA/QC testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
•Document and review test results and maintain quality records in accordance with internal protocols and industry standards
•Support manufacturing by providing timely feedback and technical insight related to product specifications
•Maintain accurate inventory of laboratory and production chemicals; oversee proper storage, labeling, and handling
•Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing consistency
•Assist with writing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
•Stay on site until completion of testing during occasional extended production runs
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
•1–3 years of QA/QC or lab experience preferred
•Hands-on knowledge of standard chemical analysis techniques (e.g., titration, pH, FTIR, viscosity, etc.)
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
•Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer — no immigration sponsorship or support is available for this role
•Must be willing to work fully on-site, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility for extended hours when needed
•Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
