About This Job

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated QA Chemist to join our quality and production team. This full-time, on-site role combines quality assurance testing, chemical inventory management, and technical support to the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow, and ready to play a critical role in maintaining high product standards.

Key Responsibilities

•

Perform QA/QC testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products

•

Document and review test results and maintain quality records in accordance with internal protocols and industry standards

•

Support manufacturing by providing timely feedback and technical insight related to product specifications

•

Maintain accurate inventory of laboratory and production chemicals; oversee proper storage, labeling, and handling

•

Collaborate with production team to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing consistency

•

Assist with writing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)

•

Stay on site until completion of testing during occasional extended production runs

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

•

1–3 years of QA/QC or lab experience preferred

•

Hands-on knowledge of standard chemical analysis techniques (e.g., titration, pH, FTIR, viscosity, etc.)

•

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

•

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

•

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer — no immigration sponsorship or support is available for this role

•

Must be willing to work fully on-site, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility for extended hours when needed

•

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus

•

All Applicants Must be able to successfully pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
