Job Summary
As a Projects Organizer and First Contact, you will be overseeing project management, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. We can train but any solar electric experience is a plus. Communicate solar rebate programs, update Excel templates, keep statistics up to date. Work with in-house System Designers to expedite potential site visits. Work with our Lead Electrician to facilitate technical designs with our Engineering team(s).
- Lead and manage various projects from inception to design completion.
- Engage design and engineer subcontracts during the design phase.
- Minimal oversight of marketing events and logo gear.
- Organize any events with System Designers.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate sales and inquiries.
- Manage social media platforms to enhance outreach efforts and engage with the community effectively.
- Collaborate with the EnergyTrust of Oregon to secure financial resources
- Proven technical learning experience in Excel, social media platforms and ability to learn technical solar information..
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully executing programs on time and within scope.
- Some proficiency in marketing strategies that promote organizational initiatives and enhance visibility.
- Experience in data collection methods.
- Familiarity with social media management tools to drive engagement and outreach efforts.
