- Communicate updates, timelines, and key information clearly and consistently in both French and English.
- Deliver engaging training sessions for dealership staff and program partners, both virtually and on-site in both English and French
- Conduct refresher and new-hire training to reinforce product knowledge and ensure consistent understanding of the program.
- Develop and maintain strong subject matter expertise in Variablegrid’s home charging solutions, including hardware, software, and installation processes.
- Conduct welcome calls with product customers to ensure a positive start to their charging experience.
- Provide assistance with order inquiries, product questions, and navigation of the online ordering portal.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, training sessions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal fulfillment, support, and operations teams to ensure prompt and positive resolution of customer or partner concerns.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking in both languages
- Valid driver’s license (fully unrestricted)
- Based in Ontario, with flexibility to travel within the province as needed
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing, training, or support role
Automotive industry experience is required, ideally with direct exposure to dealership operations
- Proactive about outreach, whether it’s connecting with new leads or staying in touch with dealer contacts, you're comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence delivering virtual or in-person sessions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
- Confident using digital tools for virtual presentations, CRM updates, and reporting
- Familiarity with EV infrastructure, technical installations, or customer onboarding processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle for travel within Québec (and occasionally other Eastern regions).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive).
- Experience using HubSpot or a comparable CRM for tracking activity and managing workflows.
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and presentation tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Ability to navigate file sharing, ticketing systems, and digital onboarding portals.
