About Us

Integrity Sign Solutions is a growing wholesale sign manufacturer based in Borden, IN. We build custom commercial signage for sign companies nationwide and are expanding our production team.

We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who want steady work and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom commercial signs

- Use hand tools and shop equipment

- Follow work orders and production drawings

- Prepare materials for paint and finishing

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Work with a team to complete projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

- Reliable and punctual

- Comfortable working with your hands

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Willingness to learn new skills

- Positive, team-oriented attitude

Manufacturing or construction experience is helpful but not required.
