WHAT YOU WILL DO
•Monitor quality and report issues promptly while correctly packaging, racking, or prepping materials to meet customer specifications.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area for efficient operations.
•Use supplies efficiently and notify appropriate personnel when inventory is low.
•Load/unload materials safely at line speed, prep surfaces for finishing, and ensure proper adhesion through cleaning tasks.
•Operate hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns while adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
•Perform additional tasks as assigned to support department operations.
WHO YOU ARE
•Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
•Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.
•Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
•Ability to work in a team or independently.
•Previous work experience on paint line.
