AOS is seeking highly motivated operators for a new manufacturing plant. The applicant needs to be willing to learn the process flow, equipment usage and maintenance, and lab testing. The applicant will be trained in all aspects of the position. The candidate must be mechanically inclined and have a working knowledge of tools, and needs to be eager to learn how to do basic maintenance.

The plant will run 24 hours in 3 shifts. Operators will be on fixed shifts.

Day shift 2 - 5:00AM - 3:00PM - Thursday through Sunday (80 Hours/pay period)

Evening shift 1 & 2 - 2:00PM - 11:00PM - (2-2-3) schedule (63 Hours/pay period)

Night Shift 1 & 2 - 10:00PM - 7:00 AM - (2-2-3) schedule (63 Hours/pay period)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
