Job Summary:

YATAI Fabrication Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments.

- Production manpower allocation and planning

- Serve as a communication bridge between Mandarin- and english-speaking employees and management.

- Support compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

- Work closely with the production team to track production, resolve production issues, and optimize production efficiency.

- Assist in troubleshooting production and operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bilingual in Mandarin(Fluent in both spoken and written communication).

- Previous experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar role preferred.

- Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

- Must be able to use personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. (8hours)

Oscational Overtime on Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
