ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations within our processing department. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are completed on time, equipment runs efficiently, and team members are supported and engaged. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Track and analyze key metrics to improve equipment efficiency and throughput

- Schedule processed orders to the appropriate machinery to meet customer deadlines

- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and direction to team members

- Communicate expectations regarding safety, quality, productivity, and company policies

- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment across the shift

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)

- Mechanical aptitude preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required (manufacturing or operations leadership preferred)
