We are seeking a motivated and friendly Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while assisting them with their retail needs. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, promoting products, and ensuring that the pro shop is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases.

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.

- Maintain an organized and well-stocked pro shop by restocking shelves and managing inventory.

- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products to customers.

- Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area at all times.

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers.

- Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement but, is not required.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
