Red Wolf Energy Trading seeks highly motivated, self-directed, and disciplined power traders. Position will focus on short-term virtual transactions, prompt-month FTRs in multiple ISOs. Candidate must be able to analyze (product valuation, financial and risk analysis, and back-testing models) and develop trade strategies in a collaborative environment. Ideal professionals must possess a minimum of five years energy trading experience within the PJM, MISO, CAISO, ERCOT or SPP markets.

Trading position is a permanent remote work opportunity conducted on Red Wolf Energy Trading’s proprietary platform. Your role is to help further develop our trading strategies with a concentration on congestion opportunities. The trader must have thorough experience and understanding of power flow models. Your position will have access to a variety of data subscriptions along with Dayzer, Powerworld and Genscape (not limited to). Commission based compensation is paid out monthly from net-book profitability. The percentage-based commission contains no seat fee and has a top tier of 40% payout over 1 million in profits.
