About This Job

Job Title: Powder Coat Painter

Location: NPF Finishing- Casselton, ND

Employment Type: Full Time M-TH 6:00 am - 4:30 pm with OT as needed

NPF Finishing is a leading provider of high-quality power coat painting of steel parts, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our team. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

•

Prepare surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.

•

Mix and apply powder coating materials using spray guns and other specialized equipment.

•

Operate and maintain powder coating systems, ovens, and other machinery.

•

Ensure proper thickness, coverage, and finish quality, adhering to specified standards.

•

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and durability requirements.

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.

•

Help in the paint line loading or unloading parts as needed

•

All other duties assigned

Qualifications:

•

Experience: Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Powder Coat Painter or in a similar role.

•

Skills: Proficiency in operating powder coating equipment; understanding of coating processes and quality standards.

•

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.

•

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

•

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
