ELO Engineering is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for successful manufacturing companies in the aerospace, transportation, electronics, and commercial industries. Our ISO certified precision metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching, welding, machining, painting and assembly. Our office and manufacturing facility is located in Fridley, MN.

We are searching for an individual that is experienced in powder coat painting and/or masking & paint pre-treatment to join us full-time on our evening shift (4 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Mon-Thu, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Fri) The ideal candidate will be looking for a solid company where he/she can establish long-term employment that offers growth and opportunity.

A hiring bonus is available to help defray job transition costs.

Responsibilities:

- Run parts through our pre-treatment tanks.

- Mask and powder coat metal parts per customers’ standards.

- Un-mask, inspect and package goods to be ready for shipment.

- Maintain equipment and booth for cleanliness and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot quality issues as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in an industrial painting operation. Must be able to select appropriate coatings and apply according to established specifications.

- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, grasping, and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work order routers.

- Good verbal and written communications skills.

- Good attendance record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
