Powder Coat Paint Line Laborer description of role:

NCT Technologies Group is currently seeking a Powder Coat Load / Unloader to join our team at our newly opened Medina Plant.

This labor positions will load and unload parts that are painted on a conveyor system, which includes labeling parts, packing parts and managing inventories.

The ideal Powder Coat Load / Unload Operator will have an understanding in:

- Forklift trained (preferred but not required)

- Quality Minded

- Team focused setting to work with others in packaging and labeling.

- Changing colors during shift efficiently

- Accountable to monitor and track quantities of completed parts.

- Flexible to complete other duties as assigned

Powder Coat Line Laborer Skills and Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Excellent attendance

- Punctual

- Team Player

- Positive Attitude

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking and bending

Work Schedule:

Full time, 1st shift 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (8-10 hours depending on workload and daily needs). Possible overtime and Saturdays

Powder Coat Line Laborer Salary:

$16.00 - $19.00 based on experience
