About the Role:

- Ensure compliance with safety policies and foster a safe work environment.

- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve operational efficiency.

- Resolve conflicts and support employee development.

- Strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of boosting productivity and profitability.

- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

- Experience with lean manufacturing preferred.
