We are hiring and willing to train entry-level applicants (paid training of course).

* Market competitive pay ranges from $2750 - $4300 a month for technicians, including additional commission and bonus opportunities, which are not difficult to obtain.

* Aggressive bonus and commission structure for adding clients and maintaining them properly throughout their relationship with PureHome Pest Control.

* Paid training for entry-level and experienced service representatives.

* Advancement opportunities are available to those who strive for a better lifestyle, which would begin with a general or service manager role. This is possible due to our exciting growth!

* Work days: Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays.

Opportunity:

The Pest Control Technician efficiently utilizes integrated pest management solutions to proactively prevent pest issues and infestations, while also addressing the current needs and situations of new customers. This is achieved while also maintaining a wonderful customer service experience for our clients.

Requirements and Qualities:

· Financially motivated

· Quality work ethic while also appreciating a work-life balance

· Quality communication skills

· Great character and work ethic

· Attention to detail

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers

· Ability to carry up to 25 lbs occasionally

· Ability to pass background check and drug screen

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Technician certifications are welcomed, will train otherwise

· Must be 21 years of age
