**Job Summary**

We seek a proactive **Personal Assistant** to support our **Managing Director** and his family. If you're organized and enjoy managing tasks and logistics, we’d love to meet you!

**What You'll Do:**

* Manage personal and family schedules, errands, and appointments
* Coordinate travel, event planning, and household tasks
* Handle groceries, dry cleaning, car servicing, etc.
* Assist with the needs of the Managing Director's parents and children
* Occasionally drive the Managing Director to meetings or events

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
* Fluent in English (spoken & written); Spanish proficiency is a plus
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Discreet, reliable, and highly organized
* Comfortable with a flexible schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
