Dunagin Transport is a trusted trucking company serving the oilfield industry. Our success depends on keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. We are looking for a reliable Parts Runner / Shop Inventory Clerk to join our shop team and help support operations by ensuring parts are delivered, stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities:

Parts Delivery & Pick-Up

- Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials from vendors to the shop or field.

- Verify accuracy of orders during pickup and delivery.

- Operate and maintain company vehicle in a safe, clean condition.

Inventory Management

- Receive, label, and stock incoming parts.

- Track and report shortages or items needing reorder.

- Assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits.

- Keep the parts area clean and organized.

Shop Support

- Locate and stage parts for mechanics.

- Return unused/incorrect parts to vendors promptly.

- Record parts movement and usage in company systems.

- Assist with general shop housekeeping tasks.

Communication & Coordination

- Work closely with the maintenance manager and mechanics to prioritize urgent needs.

- Use navigation tools to efficiently locate and pick up parts.

- Maintain accurate paperwork, receipts, and notes for all transactions.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

- Familiar with the Midland/Odessa area and capable of using navigation systems.

- Basic computer knowledge (experience with inventory systems a plus).

- Able to take notes and follow instructions accurately.

- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.

- Some mechanical ability preferred.

- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
