We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Parts/Shop Helper to join our team full-time. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a shop environment with the goal of advancing into a parts department role. The Parts/Shop Helper reports to the Parts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming parts and materials

- Deliver parts to technicians or service bays as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and parts storage areas

- Help with basic shop tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, and organizing tools

- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and shipments

- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment

- Support the shop team with basic mechanical or maintenance tasks, as assigned

- Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

- Perform other general labor duties as required

- Support the parts team with daily tasks and learn parts counter operations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in the industry is a plus

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more

- Ability to work in various positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and bending, for extended periods

- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

- A willingness to work extended hours as needed

- Valid driver’s license (if required to move vehicles or make part runs)
