About The Role
We are hiring for Partner Marketing, a role that sits at the intersection of growth and business operations. This person will own the marketing execution for Base’s key partners: homebuilders and utilities.
You’ll ensure that every program tied to these partners meets adoption and growth targets by working cross-functionally across Growth, Deployments, Software, and Hardware to design and execute initiatives that scale impact.
This is a high-leverage role: you’ll be accountable for hitting growth targets that determine the success of our partner programs and Base’s expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute marketing programs across homebuilder and utility partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Growth, Deployments, Software, and Hardware to ensure execution and accountability.
- Develop repeatable playbooks and processes to scale Base’s impact across multiple partners and geographies.
- Ensure Base’s brand, value proposition, and offerings are consistently represented and amplified through external partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with homebuilder and utility teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Proven experience in go-to-market execution in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and drive outcomes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to measure and improve performance.
