This role is responsible for the planning, budget, schedule, and execution of small to medium-scale projects with a budget of ~$5 million - $25 million, which support the achievement of the large-scale project and/or high-level program deliverables. Work is at the strategic and tactical levels to understand customer/client needs, ensure clarity compliance on contractual and technical requirements, communicate projects needs and responsibilities to both external subcontracted vendor organizations and/or internal matrixed teams, and ensure project execution is consistent with the program plan and requirements. This includes leading evaluation/resolution of implementation strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and managing/directing the execution of external subcontracted teams and internal matrixed teams. This role interfaces with various teams, including project controls, engineering, licensing, supply chain, quality, safety, manufacturing, testing, operations, and/or construction functions.

Compensation
