Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and enjoys helping keep an office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

· Greet customers and visitors

· Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and copying

· Assist with scheduling, emails, and correspondence

· Support other office staff with administrative tasks

· Process Payments

· Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Previous office or administrative experience preferred

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and work independently

Schedule:

· Part-Time: Flexible hours and days

· No weekends required

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
