Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and Painting Metal: Sanding, cleaning, and verifying metal surfaces; applying paint to production jobs and sub-assemblies.

- Mixing and Managing Paint Materials: Properly mixing paint, masking areas not to be painted, and using correct paint equipment settings.

- Maintaining Equipment: Performing daily maintenance on paint equipment and cleaning the paint booth.

- Quality Control: Inspecting paint jobs for quality, performing visual and electronic mill testing.

- Organizing and Maintaining Workspaces: Completing necessary paperwork, organizing the paint trailer, and keeping paint areas clean.

Compensation

- The starting pay range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

- Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.

Night Shift

- 4:30pm - 3:00am Monday through Thursday

Qualifications

- Prior painting experience is beneficial

- Knowledge of mixing and applying different classes of paint
