Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paint Filler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filling and finishing paint products in accordance with established quality standards.

Duties

- Apply paint or color fill to products with precision and consistency.

- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

- Follow safety procedures when working with chemicals such as alcohol, oil-based paints, and lacquer thinner.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Assist in other areas of production as needed.

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in painting, arts, crafts, or similar manual work is a plus.

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly.

- Dependability and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

- Ability to sit for approximately 70% of the workday.

- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand movements 90% of the time.

- Must have good vision and strong attention to detail.

- Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds.

- Willingness to work with chemicals and liquids.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
