As apart of Metal Pac Manufacturing’s warehouse team, you’ll assist in ensuring that our customers accurately receive their orders on time through teamwork and detailed order preparation.

Your Role:

- Prepare orders by picking, packing, wrapping and labelling product;

- Accurately prepares and reviews for all bills of lading shipments;

- Build and organize products to fill orders and stage in designated areas;

- Perform Outbound/Inbound Shipping/Receiving department functions including unloading/loading trailers and trucks;

- Operating pallet jacks & forklifts (previous forklift experience is an asset);

- Maintain full pick slots with emphasis on bulk locations;

- Assist in maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Previous order selecting experience in a fast paced, warehouse environment is an asset;

- Able to work quickly and efficiently to complete responsibilities and consistently meet production requirements;

- Must possess strong attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately;

- Able to complete physically demanding tasks;

- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills;

- Experience with a forklift and pallet jack is preferred. Must have willingness to train to receive appropriate certification for required use of powered equipment;

- Ability to work individually and as a team.
