What Your Day Looks Like

Based at our Fairport, NY facility on A Shift, you will be a key contributor on our production floor, turning precision into performance. Your morning starts at the soldering bench, where you handle delicate electronic components. As production ramps up, you rotate through work cells, operate shop equipment, and finish the day packaging completed units—all while upholding our rigorous quality standards and daily output goals.

Core Responsibilities

- Execute precise soldering on electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards

- Run assembly equipment (hydraulic presses, drill presses, welding machines) safely and effectively

- Support flow efficiency by moving between various assembly cells as needed

- Package finished products and maintain an orderly, clean work area

- Adhere to established quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED preferred

- Minimum 1 year in assembly or lean manufacturing

- Demonstrated proficiency with soldering techniques

- Comfortable meeting daily rates and targets in a production setting

- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude

- Skilled with hand tools and basic measurement instruments

Physical Requirements

- Regularly lift up to 20 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

- Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
