About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Outside Solar Sales Closer to meet with homeowners for in-home consultations, present custom solar solutions, and close deals. This is a closing-focused role — appointments are provided, and you’ll work directly with motivated homeowners.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home solar consultations with qualified homeowners

- Present customized solar proposals and explain financing options

- Close sales and manage the customer relationship through contract signing

- Accurately complete contracts and documentation

- Collaborate with operations and install teams to ensure smooth handoff

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer trust

Requirements

- Proven experience in outside/in-home sales (solar preferred)

- Strong closing skills and objection handling

- Comfortable presenting to homeowners in a consultative manner

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

- Strong communication and follow-up skills

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

- Solar sales experience

- Knowledge of financing options (PPAs, loans, ownership)

- Experience using CRM systems

- Background in home improvement, roofing, HVAC, or energy sales
