Nova NRG is expanding our high-performance solar division and we’re looking for seasoned closers who know how to lead a homeowner through a clear, confident, and value-driven solar presentation.

Our internal call center delivers consistent, high-intent, pre-qualified in-home appointments across South Florida. No cold calling, no self-generated leads, no chasing callbacks — just running solid presentations and closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners who are already educated and expecting you

- Present custom system designs, savings reports, and financing options in a clean, structured format

- Build confidence and trust quickly through a solution-first approach

- Close deals with accuracy and professionalism

- Maintain communication with operations to ensure smooth processing and installs
