Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Manager located in the Midland-Odessa Area. The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves day-to-day tasks that include identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
