Job Overview:

As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at our Electric and Gas Welding and Soldering Company, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and delivering exceptional customer service.soldering industry.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

- Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s ERP/order management system.

- Verify order details including product codes, quantities, pricing, shipping addresses, and delivery timelines.

Customer Service:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

- Provide information on product availability, specifications, pricing, and order status.

- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

Documentation & Coordination:

- Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Maintain accurate and organized customer and order records.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay: $21.78 - $25.69 per hour
