- Champion safety as a top priority, participating in general and site-specific safety and process training.
- Manage the personnel, equipment, chemicals, financials and office in Southern California
- Collaborate with client operations, engineering, and planning personnel to develop project opportunities, define scope, create proposals, and develop comprehensive project plans and execution documents.
- Lead job execution tasks, including job preparation, mobilization, setup, procedure, execution, and breakdown.
- Work directly with shift leads and supervisors to provide training on operating procedures.
- Ensure equipment readiness and facilitate training and development of field personnel.
- Take ownership of all performance metrics for assigned projects, including safety, quality,
- productivity, and profitability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs to develop cleaning and decontamination strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio to create cleaning/decontamination process flow diagrams, mechanical setups, procedures, and presentations.
- Willingness to be based in the Los Angeles Area.
- Ability to travel (25%+).- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass comprehensive alcohol and drug testing (hair follicle, urine, and oral swab).
- Process knowledge and experience in the refining/petrochemical industries.
- Chemical cleaning, decontamination, or pre-commissioning experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in the refining industry. - 3+ years’ experience in management.- Competitive compensation including salary, incentive plan commensurate with experience and qualifications.
