Key Responsibilities:
- Buff ceramic parts to precise and extremely low tolerances.
- Pour ceramic material into molds.
- Mix chemicals to exact specifications.
- Blast, prime and paint products according to blueprints.
- Perform minor maintenance and servicing of department machinery.
- Change department room filters weekly.
- Prepare and crate products for stable, safe and secure shipping.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Ability to use small hand tools and operate forklift and overhead crane as needed.
- Ability to accurately use measuring devices and document measurements. (measuring tapes and scales)
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. frequently.
- Respirator use is required.
