Prestige Logistics Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Local Trucking Recruiter to help us expand our fleet of owner-operators and small carrier partners in the oilfield sector — particularly those with frac sand hauling experience.

You’ll play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified drivers and carriers, as well as participating in on-site orientations. This is a hands-on recruiting position where your energy, people skills, and field presence will directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit and build relationships with owner-operators and small carriers experienced in oilfield and frac sand hauling.

- Actively source drivers through Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, social media groups, job boards, and at truck stops.

- Conduct in-person interviews, driver orientations, and equipment walk-arounds at our yard or office.

- Maintain ongoing communication with drivers to ensure successful onboarding and retention.

- Work closely with operations and safety teams to coordinate new hires and keep records updated.

Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting CDL drivers or working in oilfield trucking (preferred).

- Strong networking, communication, and follow-up skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to recruit through multiple channels.

- Must be comfortable being on-site and interacting face-to-face with drivers.

- Basic computer skills for posting ads, tracking applicants, and using recruiting tools.

Compensation:

Competitive base pay plus commissions per hire.
