Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rig Hand to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and construction site experience, with a focus on safety and efficiency. As a Rig Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and effectively.

Duties

- Assist in the setup and dismantling of oil rig equipment, including rigging and hoisting operations.

- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site to promote safety and productivity.

- Follow all safety protocols while handling tools, equipment, and materials on-site.

Requirements

- Proven experience in oil rig operations or related fields is preferred.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

- Familiarity with construction practices, including rigging techniques and heavy equipment operation.

- Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions while adhering to strict safety guidelines.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
