Job Title: Offshore Project Clerk – Logistics Support Position Overview:
Pharma-Safe is seeking a Project Clerk with logistics experience to support offshore project operations. This role is responsible for daily reporting, cost documentation, personnel tracking, and coordination with multiple subcontractors and client systems. The position will be based offshore and requires strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Excel skills.
Track and update daily POB (Personnel On Board) and man-hour reports.
Manage crew change documentation, including vessel departure schedules and bunk space assignments.
Maintain daily cost tracking logs and upload reports to client SharePoint sites.
Coordinate report accuracy between NPDES, vessel schedules, and client logs.
Communicate with field and office teams to ensure proper equipment and personnel logs are maintained.
Support document control functions including document uploads, crew manifests, and safety documentation.
Experience with offshore logistics or project coordination (vessels, crew change, etc.).
Proficient in Excel, PDF editing tools, and online storage platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
Familiarity with safety reporting systems, crew schedules, or cost tracking tools is a plus.
Prior offshore or oil & gas administrative experience preferred.
Ability to work offshore in a remote environment (14/14 or 21/21 rotation typical).
