We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, provide customer service, and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents

- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide information about products or services

- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and maintaining records

- Use digital scales to weigh material.

- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness

Skills

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities

- Proficiency in office procedures and computerized systems

- Ability to perform data entry accurately

- Must have basic math skills

Job Type: Full-time
