We are an electrical contracting business looking for someone to run the administrative side of the office functions. Experience with CRM, inventory and accounting software.

The right candidate will have experience with the home services industry, of electrical and/or mechanical type products or strong desire to learn these areas.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Take incoming calls

· Talking with customers & vendors

· Invoicing, general accounting

· Organizing work flow & scheduling

· Processing new orders

We offer a benefits package including paid holidays and paid vacation. Starting compensation will be based upon your experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
