Odoo ERP system is central

to our operations. We’re seeking an experienced

Odoo Administrator

to manage, optimize, and expand our ERP capabilities.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

•

Configure and manage Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.)

•

Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports

•

Support users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation

•

Maintain access control, backups, and system security

•

Optimize ERP performance and support automation or integrations

•

Collaborate with internal teams and developers to improve workflows

🎓 Education & Certification

•

Bachelor’s degree

in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

•

Technical diplomas with relevant ERP experience will also be considered

•

Preferred Certifications:

•

Odoo Functional or Technical Certification

•

Linux, PostgreSQL, or Python certifications (asset)

🧠 Required Skills

✅ Technical Skills

•

Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and backend configuration

•

Experience with

Odoo Studio

, views, workflows, and user permissions

•

Familiarity with

PostgreSQL

Linux/Ubuntu

, and

basic Python

•

Understanding of

ERP workflows

, integrations, and data migration

•

Experience with version control (Git), APIs, and cloud environments (Odoo.sh, AWS) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to translate business processes into ERP logic

Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
