· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the oil and gas sector.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OCTG market, including upstream drilling contractors, oilfield service companies, and E&P operators.
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client requirements and project specifications.

· Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, procurement, finance) to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and timely delivery of goods.
· Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues, ensuring a high level of client retention and loyalty.
· Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s brand and expand the client base.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
· Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as set by management.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the oil & gas, energy, or steel/tubular goods industry.
· Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive, solution-driven environment.
· Strong understanding of Oil Country Tubular Goods — pipe types (casing, tubing, drill pipe), API/ISO standards, connection types, and their applications in oilfield operations.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and digital collaboration tools.
· Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as required by client and project needs.
· Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
· Existing relationships within the oil and gas sector, particularly with E&P companies and drilling contractors.
· Technical background or field experience in OCTG products, metallurgy, or oilfield applications.
· Experience working with domestic and international steel mills and logistics providers.
· Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish or French, is an asset.
· Commitment to ethical business practices and continuous professional development.
