As an O&M Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for managing our 3rd party O&M provider, solving complex problems, mitigating process gaps, improving operating performance, and working cross functionally with other business units across the EverBright organization.
Job Duties:
•Oversee the performance and O&M of residential PV assets
•Coordinate with service providers, installer partners, and account managers to optimize asset performance
•Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems and resolve issues efficiently
•Analyze monitoring and ticket data to identify issues and implement corrective actions
•Develop new processes and procedures for faster issue remediation
The ideal candidate will have:
•Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
•Ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
•A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships
•Experience in managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion
