What impact you’ll make
The New Unit Projects EHS Pole Leader for the Americas region is responsible for overseeing all EHS aspects across New Unit Projects within the Americas Pole. This role reports directly to the Gas Power New Units EHS Leader and indirectly (dotted line) to the Americas New Unit Pole Projects Leader and manages the NU Portfolio and Site EHS Teams across the Americas Pole. Key responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring EHS compliance, addressing potential EHS issues, and mitigating liabilities associated with New Unit Projects.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. Pay Transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $147,900 – $246, 500.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on July 18, 2025, or thereafter.
