Job Title: Network Technician Location: Montgomery, AL 36104 (Onsite) Duration: 4 Months (Possible Renewal) Type: Contract

Job Summary:

Seeking a Network Technician to support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure. This role includes network monitoring, troubleshooting voice and data circuits, and handling service desk tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and point-to-point networks

- Respond to network alerts and faults promptly

- Use tools and reports to identify and resolve issues

- Document incidents and changes in ServiceNow or similar systems

- Provide technical support and escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

- 1+ year of network support experience - 1+ year in a service desk or call center environment

- Familiarity with voice/data circuits and troubleshooting

- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)

- Strong customer service skills

- High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

- CompTIA Network+ Certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
