We’re expanding our neighborhood outreach team and are looking for individuals who enjoy active, in-person work and direct communication with homeowners.
This role focuses on introducing homeowners to energy audits and booking time for them to sit down with our experts for a home efficiency consultation.
You’ll be working outdoors, moving through neighborhoods, and having real conversations. This is not a desk role and not a call center position.
- Walking assigned residential areas
- Knocking on doors and speaking with homeowners
- Sharing basic information about home efficiency services
- Booking appointment times for interested homeowners
- Reporting activity daily and participating in team meetings
You are not responsible for sales presentations, pricing, or installations.
- Afternoon and early evening hours
- Minimum availability of 25 hours per week
- Flexible weekly planning within set time windows
- Compensation is based on completed sales from appointment bookings
- Paid weekly
- Most team members earn between $4,000–$8,000 per month depending on activity and consistency with high performs exceeding that range
Performance increases earnings. There is no hourly wage.
