Step into the Spotlight as a Multi-Die Heading Technician

Are you primed with 3-7 years of setup experience? Step forward and earn between $25-$35 per hour!

Your Mission:

Bring to life the intricacies of cold forming with machines spanning from single-die to multi-die systems.

•

Constantly monitor and assess information from the production floor to preempt and address challenges.

•

Engage in proactive dialogues with supervisors to smoothen workflow disruptions.

•

Calibrate machinery to maintain stringent production standards.

•

Leverage precision instruments to verify adherence to quality benchmarks.

•

Dive deep into Root Cause Analysis for comprehensive issue resolution.

What We Seek:

•

Hands-on heading experience within the fastener industry.

•

Communicate adeptly through diverse channels and remain poised under stress.

•

Adapt effortlessly across varied tasks, minimizing error margins.

•

IATF 16949 acumen is an asset.

•

Proficiency in interpreting technical paperwork and using essential tools.

•

Strictly observe OSHA's safety directives.
