As a Mow Crew Member, you will operate heavy equipment, manage tools and materials, and ensure job sites are clean and safe.

Responsibilities

- Operate landscape-related heavy equipment in a safe manner.

- Maintain a complete and accurate tool inventory for assigned truck.

- Conduct daily inspections of assigned truck to ensure it is fully operational.

- Complete and submit all required paperwork for assigned jobs at the end of each workday.

- Manage and assist with loading trucks and trailers with tools and materials daily.

- Ensure debris and trash are picked up after work is done, keeping job sites tidy, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in the operation of landscape-related heavy equipment.

- Highly motivated, punctual, and self-driven individual with a high level of integrity.

- Must pass pre-employment drug testing and screenings.
