Description

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Monitor Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing reports and maintenance issues, entering work orders, and reconciling monitor inventory. Additionally, the Monitor Support Analyst will assist drivers and field technicians with monitor issues and test monitors and cables for reuse or warranty submission.

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of monitor and cable testing procedures preferred
