As a Midstream Measurement Technician, you'll ensure the accuracy and integrity of measurement systems that are essential to our business operations. Your work directly impacts custody transfer operations, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. The calibrations and system maintenance you perform help maintain safe, efficient operations while supporting both company objectives and customer requirements.

We are seeking a skilled Midstream Measurement Technician to join our operations team. This role is heavily focused on measurement systems and operations across our midstream facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate measurement, monitoring, and maintenance of critical midstream infrastructure.
• Perform accurate measurement and calibration of flow meters, pressure transmitters, and other measurement equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of measurement systems at our facilities
• Monitor and troubleshoot measurement instrumentation and control systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for measurement accuracy
• Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting for measurement systems
• Conduct field measurements and witness meter proving operations
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all measurement activities
• Respond to measurement system alarms and emergency situations
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and regulatory teams
• Collaborate with and support the Production Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely reporting of measurement data
• Support custody transfer operations and ensure measurement accuracy for commercial transactions
• Minimum 3 years of experience in midstream oil and gas measurement operations
• Strong knowledge of measurement principles, flow measurement, and instrumentation
• Proficiency with measurement software and data management systems
• 5+ years of experience in midstream oil and gas measurement operations
• Experience with regulatory compliance and auditing processes
• Technical degree or relevant certifications in instrumentation or process technology
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
o Position is subject to ongoing drug testing as a term of continued employment.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle report, and good driving habits
• Ability to legally work in the US without sponsorship
Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $36.00 - $38.00 hourly in this location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.

This position is based out of Briggsdale, CO and requires regular travel to additional company sites in Colorado and Wyoming. This position isn’t available for remote work. Candidates currently residing in locations outside of daily commuting distance will be considered, however, no relocation or travel assistance will be provided by the Company for this position.
This position operates in a field environment. This entails working outside in variable weather conditions. Employee could be exposed to extreme weather conditions, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations or dust.
In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to have visual acuity to operate a motor vehicle and view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time. While at work sites, the employee will be expected to walk and stand. Individuals might be asked to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and/or crawl. Individuals might be required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. in the performance of this position.
This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are from 7:00am – 4:00pm. Employee must be capable and willing to work overtime as required. Employees responsible for project operations are expected to monitor and, in some cases, respond to emails, calls, or texts outside of business hours.
Routine, even daily, travel to remote locations will be expected. Overnight stays may be required from time to time for training, seminars, or visits to other company office locations.
