Job Description:
GEi is a growing company looking to add a Midnight Maintenance Supervisor to help lead and train our skilled and entry-level maintenance team members. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position supports, coaches, and coordinates maintenance activities involving setup, installation, repair, and maintenance of plant assets. The role focuses on improving Safety, Quality, and Production performance while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide safety leadership, training, and enforce all safety procedures.
- Direct and support personnel engaged in maintenance, repair, and facility operations.
- Oversee all preventive maintenance and repair programs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues.
- Evaluate equipment reliability and implement actions to improve uptime.
- Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work as needed.
- Communicate effectively with maintenance and production departments.
- Cross-train and support other maintenance functions as required.
- Minimum of three years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Hands-on experience with electrical and electro-mechanical repairs.
- Basic computer skills (CMMS experience preferred).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace organization (5S/6S).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Schedule: Midnight shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.), currently 6 days per week — subject to business demands
