Position Overview

The Videographer will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing engaging video content that highlights our brand, team, and projects. From job site footage to company culture highlights, this role is key to telling our story in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training, and internal communications.

- Capture high-quality footage on job sites, company events, and customer projects.

- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to create impactful video campaigns.

- Maintain video equipment and ensure proper setup for shoots.

- Organize and manage digital media files for easy access and use.

- Stay up to date on video trends and bring creative ideas to the table.

- Proven experience as a videographer or similar role; portfolio required.

- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

- Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and composition.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable filming in both indoor and outdoor settings, including job sites.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

- Degree or certification in film, media, or related field preferred, but not required.
